Positive Disruption is committed to protecting the privacy of the people and organisations we work with. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What information we collect
We collect personal information through two channels
Contact form
Your name, email address, and any other information you choose to share in your message.
HR Diagnostic
Your name, email, organisation name, job title, headcount range, number of locations, growth stage, industry, and assessment responses across ten diagnostic domainsYour name, email, organisation name, job title, headcount range, number of locations, growth stage, industry, and assessment responses across ten diagnostic domains.
We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act, including health information, financial account details, or government identifiers.
How we share your information
Superbase | Stores diagnostic session data and results.
Resend | delivers diagnostic reports and notifications by email.
Squarespace | hosts our website. Servers located in the United States.
Netlify | hosts the HR Diagnostic application. Servers located in the United States.
We do not share your information with any other third parties unless required by law.
How we store and protect your information
Your personal information is stored securely using industry-standard protections, including encrypted database storage and HTTPS across all web services. Access to diagnostic data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. Diagnostic results are retained for up to 24 months after the end of any engagement, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, and request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or contractual obligations we may have to retain it.

Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies to support standard website functionality. Squarespace may collect anonymised analytics data to help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
